judges picture postcards

Judges Ltd. was founded in 1902 and has been producing picture postcards from 1903 to present day at St. Leonards-On-Sea, Hastings. The early cards are mostly sepia photographic with black and white photographic being used from the mid 1950's and colour photographic from the late 1950's. The main sepia/black and white series extends from 50 to 31,784. The colour 'C' Series now numbers from C1-C41,103 by August, 2011. Do you know of a higher number? U.K. POST OFFICE SERVICE

Andrew is a Relief Subpostmaster in East Lindsey, Lincolnshire. He has a keen interest in what is new in the British Philatelic World though his main interest is collecting postmarks from the U.K. He can supply Postmarks, Post Office Postcards mint or with First Day of Issue Postmarks and U.K. Stamps. He still has a few covers of the Architects of the air issue with the 26p stamp of the Chadwick Avro franked with the special postmark for the 617 Squadron Scampton 10th June, 1997 cost £2.00.
